In the Jalandhar Civil Hospital, a significant case of negligence has come to light. Dogs were seen tearing at a bit of flesh that looked like a fetus outside the newborn ward. When the Hospital authorities were questioned, no one could tell where it came from or who threw it. The fetus is being avoided by the hospital management by being referred to as "meat." On social media, a video of dogs eating meat has gone viral.
What is the Hospital stating?
The Hospital authorities are continuously referring it as ‘meat’. It wasn't a fetus, a woman doctor who identified herself as the medical superintendent said, but when questioned if the chunk of flesh belonged to an animal or a human, she remained silent. Meanwhile, it has come to light that the hospital management has also requested the Municipal Corporation to pick up the dogs in a complaint letter.
Dogs that eat human flesh have got human blood in their mouths. According to experts, an animal's mouthing of human blood transforms it into a man-eater. Dogs in particular turn into man-eaters and begin attacking people. Even among the bones and rocks, the same canines, whose mouths taste of human blood, surround and attack people.
