Spain sees a Mercedes plant’s disgruntled worker using a stolen construction heavy vehicle’s front loader to ram the new vans. The number of vehicles damages is around 50.
The vans that had recently come out of assembly lines were rammed by the worker quite like a video game around 1 AM. Though the security personnel was on duty, active, nd followed protocol like warning shot to overpower the individual and later handing him over to police.
The work-related attack is among a growing trend all over the world in which employees are feeling free to lash out damage to employee’s property instead of following a reasonable process to get their grievances resolved.
