However, reports suggest that Dunki will be streaming on Jio Cinema after completing its theatrical run. Interestingly, recently in an interview Dunki director Rajkumar Hirani revealed that an image of a real house in Jalandhar inspired him to make the Shah Rukh Khan movie. Apart from the real-life house, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that Rajkumar Hirai sent him an image of Gurudawara where people go to pray for visas.
Responding to it, Rajkumar Hirani said, "This is called Visa 'Wala' Gurudwara. When you visit the Gurudwara, there are shops outside that sell toy airplanes. People buy it and offer it inside the Gurudwara. People even take their passports with them to the Gurudwara. People show their passports to God and pray that their Visa get accepted. I talked to many people there and got to know thousands of people come to pray daily for their visas."
