English pop singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran has announced the next track with BTS for the second time. Sheeran and the South Korean septet had collaborated for the “Make It Right" from the latter’s 2019 album ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’.
Sheeran in an interview to the American radio show Most Requested Live said that “I’ve actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I’ve just written a song for their new record. And they’re like super, super cool guys as well.”

A source from the Big Hit music on June 27 confirmed that “It is true that Ed Sheeran is participating in BTS’s new song.”
BTS 'new song Butter is already topping the charts for the past four weeks, which will soon be released on CD in July.
Earlier, BTS label Hybe Corporation has declared that it will include a brand new track that “will make your heartbeat to the rhythm of BTS’s positive energy".
However, it is not clear if BTS 'new song with Ed Sheeran would be included in the CD version of “Butter” or a separate album in coming times.

When asked if the song will be released in July, Big Hit replied, “We cannot confirm the details.”
