Her love for yoga is not only visible through her Instagram posts but also from her curve and fit body.  Amid the nationwide lockdown imposed to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus, Esha has been sharing glimpses of her fitness routine with fans.

On Friday, Esha took to social media to share yoga poses that help relieve menstrual cramps. She posted several pictures in which she can be seen doing asanas like Goumukhasana, Bhujangasana and Janu Sirsasana.

She uploaded the photos with the caption, "For all my Girls, here are some yoga poses to help relieve menstrual cramps n pain..ॐ."

Recently, Esha created huge buzz when she made her relationship official with Spanish boyfriend Manuel Campos Guallar. She posted a picture with him with a caption in Spanish, that read "te amo mucho mi amor (sic)," which translates to "I love you so much, my love."
