Imran Khan may have been given a setback by the Supreme Court, but now he can once again try to win the losing battle by surprising the opposition.
It is being claimed that Imran Khan can resign from the post of PM this evening to avoid the no-confidence motion.
Not only this, along with Imran, all the MPs and MLAs of his party PTI (including the National and Provincial Assemblies) mean the entire party will resign.
Along with this, the MLAs who won the election on PTI ticket, but later left Imran's party. Such MLAs will also be disqualified and expelled from the party.
If this happens, then according to the order of the Supreme Court, the voting on the no-confidence motion which is to be held on (Saturday) will not happen because the government will fall before that.
If voting takes place on the no-confidence motion, Imran will be out of power anyway because he is behind the opposition in the number game of Parliament.
But if Imran resigns today along with the entire party, then tomorrow the meeting of the National Assembly will have no meaning because this no-confidence motion has been brought against the PM, Deputy Speaker and he would have already resigned from his post.
Imran's party MP gave a hint
Along with some reports, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Party (PTI) MP Faisal Javed Khan has also indicated that Imran will make a big announcement in his address this evening.
He wrote, 'Imran Khan is surrounded by difficulties at this time. The opposition is thinking that he has won, but he has lost. Time will tell whether the captain (Imran) will take a big decision this evening. He will never let people down.
What is Imran Khan's plan?
According to the information, by resigning from the post of PM, Imran Khan will hold a big protest across the country.
In this, he will mobilize public support for himself and will raise the demand for an investigation of that threatening foreign letter to which he has been referring for the last few months.
On the other hand, the opposition claims that now Imran Khan will leave the country and run away.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan gave a blow to Imran Khan on Thursday. In this, the Supreme Court had termed the decision of the Deputy Speaker unconstitutional and said that it was wrong to dismiss the no-confidence motion.
