It is a well-known fact that India has extended its support to Israel against terrorism. Indians on social media also came out in support of the Israeli people when Hamas launched terror strikes in the country. Things have moved on after the Hamas attack. Following the Hamas tensions, Israel and Iran are now at loggerheads with both countries on the brink of war. New Delhi has appealed to both parties i.e. Israel & Iran to solve the conflict through dialogue and called for the de-escalation of the war-like situation. Amid the Iran-Israel tension, a video went viral on Tuesday with the claims that a famous Indian YouTuber was denied entry into Israeli nightclubs.
Multiple users took to their X handle and shared an Indian YouTuber in Israel video with the claims that Israeli nightclubs denied him entry into the nightclub. Not only this, but many enraged users appealed to the Indian Government to summon Israel's High Commissioner and lodge a protest against this.
Sharing the video, a user wrote, "An Indian vlogger gets rejected from every bar/club he tries entering in Israel."
Another user wrote, "Indian vlogger goes to Israel and isn't allowed into any bars"
One more user wrote, "The Honorable President of India has subscribed to Nomad Shubham's YouTube channel. I feel that Mrs. President should take suo moto action against Israel's embassy or consulate in India regarding this humiliation of Nomad Shubham."
As a result, True Scoop News tried to check the claims factually and it found out that netizens are sharing an edited version of the YouTuber's video. The Indian YouTuber seen in the video is famous by the name of Nomad Shubham. A few days back, Shubham Kumar aka Nomad Shubham visited both Israel and Gaza. Shubham shared videos from both Gaza and Israel for his viewers.
On seeing the full video of Indian YouTuber Israel Bar, it can be said that the netizens' claims are totally false and misleading. In the original video, Shubam informed his viewers that he was in Ashkelon. Shubham can heard saying, "The last train to Tel Aviv is at 11:30 pm. If the environment remains good here I will show you the nightlife here. Today, it is a weekend here i.e. Thursday night. On Thursday night, everyone parties here. Their weekend starts from today."
"The weather is turning out to be cold. Everyone is partying here. There is Marina Mall. Everyone is going to the mall to party."
Shubham then goes to an Israeli club where the woman tells him that the club is full. Again, Shubham went to another club where a woman explained that the place was full and some people would be coming to the bar. She clarified that people made reservations to come to the bar prior.
Shubham then clarified that the clubs and bars are totally jam-packed. "I could not even get a seat," said Shubham.
Finally, Shubham got a seat in an Israeli eatery. At no point, did Shubham say that he was denied entry into Israeli clubs just because he was Indian. In fact, before visiting any nightclub, Shubham clarified that it is a Thursday night and every one parties here on this day.
