On Friday, Brazilian model & influencer Jaiane Lima's video went viral on social media in which she claimed that she was forced to leave a shopping mall over attire. Jaiane Lima video is doing rounds on social media and the Brazilian influencer shot the video of herself narrating the incident while going live on Instagram. Jaiane Lima told her followers on Instagram "Yesterday I went to a mall, and I was humiliated.” Not only this, Jaiane Lima claimed that the mall authorities took her to a room where she was forced to delete any videos or photos she took of herself inside the mall. As per US media reports, Jaiane Lima claimed that the incident of dress code violation occurred last week when she was doing a video shoot for social media at a mall in the coastal city of Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Jaiane Lima was quoted saying that she donned the 'revealing attire' (seen in the clip) because the temperature had soared to 86 degrees. But, she did not reveal why she donned long sleeves and knee-high stockings when the temperature was so high. “The video was filmed on the escalator and you can see it was nothing too much,” Lima was quoted saying. She further stated, “It was filmed from the front.” Describing the incident, Lima further said, "That’s when a man, about 6’6” tall, arrived yelling at me, he wanted to seize my mobile phone, he called two other security guards...The whole mall was looking at me and it seemed like I robbed a store or committed some kind of crime.” Lima added, "The security guard’s words were, as follows, ‘As soon as you arrived in those clothes, I was watching you.”
Lima revealed that she was taken to the back room and was forced to delete all the videos. “Thank goodness I managed to save some to the iCloud, but many were lost,” stated Lima, who said she was upset with the man’s “abusive conduct.”
However, it is often said that not everything is true what happens in the video even if it is transparent. Notably, Twitter fact-checked Jaiane Lima's claims. Twitter's fact-check team stated, "Advertisement for onlyfans, by a lesser known porn actress. She Pretending to be a victim for views and engagements whilst being indecent in public."
