You must have already heard in the news that there is a new addition to the show. We cast Jaideep Ahlawat two years ago, and he has done very well with Paatal Lok Season 2. To our luck, he is in Season 3 of The Family Man. This season is massive and very beautiful." However, the exact release date of the series is yet to be announced.

As per a source quoted by Filmfare, 'Jaideep has a very prominent role in The Family Man Season 3. His character will go up against Manoj Bajpayee’s Srikanth, and audiences will get to watch these two legends of the screen play off each other’s energies.'
What happened in previous seasons of The Family Man?
Season 1 of The Family Man follows the life of a middle-class man Srikant Tiwari portrayed by Manoj Bajpayee. Srikant Tiwari is a middle-class man but secretly he works as an undercover agent of the government.
Season 1 comprises 10 episodes which portray how Srikant tries to manage his life between his family and as an agent with the National Investigation cell. On one end, Srikant protects his country from the terrorists and on another, he tries to manage his duties as a father and a husband. The shift in the role of Srikant Tiwari’s life and how he very well manages his personal and professional life is one of the major reasons for the success of Season 1.
Season 2 highlights how Srikant Tiwari finds it difficult to manage his roles because of this he decides to quit his job as an undercover agent and opt for a corporate job. This season also shows his marital life falling apart but later on Srikant Tiwari again joins the National Investigation Cell.
