During the weekend ka vaar episode, filmmaker Farah Khan visited the Bigg Boss 15 house as a special guest. She took the stage with presenter Salman Khan and expressed her delight at being a part of the event. She then went inside the BB 15 house to lead a challenge in which the participants had to rank themselves according to how valuable they are to the programme. She began by complimenting the participants and telling them how well they were doing on the show.

She even teases that Afsana will show up to her shoots and shout at the participants.

"Main bhi tujhe buddhi lagti hoon," Farah asks Afsana. Aftre which the latter gets humiliated. "Do you want to be the show's Dolly Bindra?" the Main Hoon Na director continues. Farah recounts to her how Dolly was scared when she saw herself during her season and subsequently corrected her faults. Farah continues to poke fun at her, telling her not to curse her and asking if she has apologised for her harsh words and curses directed at others.
Farah ranked all of the competitors and picked Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash for first and second place, respectively. She chose Vishal Kotian for the third spot, and Shamita Shetty and Pratik Sehajpal for the fourth and fifth spots, respectively. She chose Jay Bhanushali for sixth place and claimed that she was the most delighted after hearing his name as one of the Bigg Boss 15 competitors, but she is a bit disappointed because he is at the bottom of the game. She urged him to pick himself up and win the race.
A beautiful moment in the show occurred when competitor Ieshaan Sehgaal publicly declared his love for Miesha Iyer, and even Farah was taken aback by his sweet gesture.
Miesha was surprised when Ieshaan proposed to her on his knees."The connection I feel with you, I feel with none. I Ieshaan want to Miesha, will you Mieshaan?". Miesha wrapped her arms around Ieshaan and murmured "I Love You" in his ear. Everyone in the house was rooting for them. Ieshaan kissed her forehead after they danced to the song Ishq Waala Love.
Salman later informed Farah about Ieshaan's proposal to Miesha, to which she responded by asking teasing them how someone could fall in love so soon. "Love at first sight toh suna tha, ye loh love at first night hai”. She laughed.
There was no elimination this weekend ka vaar, and Farah Khan was the one who told the contestants of this.
