On Friday, Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut’s was stopped was a mob in Punjab’s Kartarpur Sahib. Reportedly, the protesting farmers stopped the car. The farmers demanded an apology for her remarks about the farmers were protesting against three controversial farm laws.

Kangana was on her way to Chandigarh from Manali, where she was stopped by a mob on the Chandigarh-Una highway in Ropar. Apart from the farmers, police are also present there but the crowd was not allowing Kangana's car to go ahead.
In the shared video, Kangana can be heard saying, “I have just left Himachal because my flight has been cancelled. As soon as I reached here in Punjab, the mob stopped me, they are calling themselves farmers.”
Kangana was stuck in the situation for around an hour. She too shared the video of the same and said that “After a lot of struggle, the mob let me go. I want to tell my well-wishers that I have left from there. I am completely safe. Thanks to all those who helped me. Thanks also to Punjab Police and CRPF.”
