Created by Raj & DK, Bollywood upcoming crime thriller web series Farzi is all set to release on OTT. Marking the OTT debut of actor Shahid Kapoor will be seen alongside famous South superstar Vijay Sethupathi in Farzi. Farzi is a crime drama that revolves around an underdog street artist who attempts to game a system that rewards only the wealthier.
Shahid Kapoor OTT debut alongside Vijay Sethupathi ‘Farzi’ is all set to release on 10th February 2023 exclusively on Amazon Prime. Apart from these superstars, the film also has Raashi Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Regina Cassandra, Zakir Hussain, Bhuvan Arora, Amol Palekar, and Kubbra Sait. Farzi is one of the most awaited movies on OTT as its trailer crossed around 30 million views on YouTube.
Talking about the storyline, Farzi is centered around a small-time actor played by Shahid Kapoor who designs an ultimate con job. The movie is about an artist named Sunny who starts to manufacture counterfeit currency notes in his grandfather’s printing press to scale up his life. However. In his con artist job, Sunny has to go through various difficulties and obstacles when a cop named Michael begins to hunt Sunny.
Apart from Farzi, Shahid Kapoor will be next seen in film ‘Bloddy Daddy’ while Vijay Sethupathi will be next seen on screen with Katrina Kaif in ‘Merry Christmas.’
