Rhea Chakraborty's father Indrajit Chakraborty finally broke his silence on the arrest of his son Showik Chakraborty in drugs case. Indrajit Chakraborty Retired army surgeon, however, his name is also in the FIR filed in Sushant Singh Rajput's case.
Recently, Indrajit released his official statement and said, "congrats India ,you have arrested my son , am sure next in line is my daughter. .You have effectively demolished a middle class family. But of course for sake of justice everything is justified. Jai Hind!"

After this, Indrajit started to trend on social media. He was slammed for using the middle-class factors in defending his family accused in the narco cases. Now, a former navy officer named Lt Cdr Shashi Singh responded to it. She said, "Col Indrajit Chakraborty, you are stigma on uniform. We are ashamed of you, specially me because my father also served Army Medical Core for 30 years. I am daughter of AMC and your conduct has put our head down."
