Sunil Jakhar Joins BJP: Former Punjab leader Sunil Jakhar, who left the Congress recently, has joined the BJP on Thursday in Delhi. Sunil Jakhar joined the party in the presence of top BJP leaders in Delhi where he was greeted by BJP's party President J. P. Nadda.
Jakhar has been in constant touch with BJP leaders in Delhi since leaving the Congress. Meanwhile, there is talk of the BJP sending Jakhar to Rajya Sabha and giving a big responsibility to the organization in Punjab.
