Gangster Sukha Badewalia was shot dead in Ludhiana, Punjab. The incident took place in Joginder Nagar in Haibowal area, where Sukha was sitting on the terrace of his friend's house with his companions. The argument between the three led to a scuffle, and Rohit and Babbu opened fire on Sukha.
Sukha was shot in the chest and died on the spot. Rohit also suffered a bullet injury in his head and has been admitted to DMC Hospital. Babbu, who fired at Sukha, is currently absconding, and the police are on the lookout for him.
The police have reached the crime scene and are scanning the CCTV footage to get more information about the incident. It is worth noting that Sukha had been a fugitive from Ludhiana Police, and he had 23 cases of hard crimes registered against him, including murder, robbery, and dacoity. He had recently been released on bail from jail.

This is not the first time Sukha had been targeted. In 2016, an attempt was made to fire at him, and in 2022, he was kidnapped. The incident has sent shockwaves across Ludhiana, and the police have tightened security in the area.
