Vijay Rupani, Chief Minister of Gujarat has been tested positive for Covid-19. During a speech at a rally, he fainted on Sunday. According to reports, Vijay Rupani will stay in hospital for seven days.
Rupani fainted on Sunday when he was delivering a speech at Vadodara in Gujarat. After getting a first aid treatment he was taken to a hospital in Ahmedabad.

The doctors said his condition is stable and he has been kept under observation for 24 hours.
Dr RK Patel of Ahmedabad's UN Mehta Hospital said to India Today, " CM Vijay Rupani is in stable condition and will be under observation for 24 hours. All tests have been done but it is advised that he should take rest so that we will keep him under observation."
BJP leader Bharat Danger told reporters that Rupani was unwell for last two days but he didn't cancel any of his events. Gujarat as per reports is the worst hit state by the pandemic.
