Chaar-Cut Atmaram is the name of the character played by Gulshan Devaiah. Atmaram is hired by Naved, who is the opium king of Sherpur to kill Babu Tiger, the most dangerous man of the Ganchi gang. Is Chaar-Cut Atmaram Alive?
Well, possibly yes. (Spoilers ahead) Although the series has shown 'Panna' Tipu killing Chaar-Cut Atmaram by his own gun, the makers indeed showcased that there are supernatural powers in Chaar-Cut Atmaram. Chaar-Cut Atmaram's unusual speed when Tipu was trying to kill him establishes the fact that Gulshan's character was indeed gifted and it won't be any surprise if his character returns again in season 2 of Guns & Gulabs. Another hint is that although Chaar-Cut Atmaram's body flew away at some distance by being hit by a bullet, his lucky pendant was indeed with him.
