1) Sri Nankana Sahib Gurudwara

Sri Nankana Sahib Gurudwara is in Punjab Province of Pakistan. As mentioned above, Guru Nanak Dev Ji was born in Nankana Sahib. The township was founded by Rai Bhoi, a rich landlord Rajput Muslim and thus was known as Rai-Bhoi-Di-Talwandi. His great-grandson Rai Bular Bhatti renamed it as 'Nankana Sahib' after the birth of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. While SGPC every year sends a Jatha to Sri Nanakana Sahib, individuals who wish to visit the historic place need a Pakistani visa. The Gurudwara is built on his childhood birthplace. 

2) Sri Kartarpur Sahib

The village Kartarpur is located on the west bank of river Ravi where Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji spent the last 18 years of his life. Gurdwara Dera Baba Nanak is about 1 km from the Indo-Pakistan border and on the east bank of River Ravi. To the west side of the river is located the town of Kartarpur, Pakistan. Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib falls in district Narowal of Pakistan, about 4.5 km. from the international border near the historic town of Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur, Punjab. The Indian part of the Dera Baba Nanak - Sri Kartarpur Sahib corridor involves a 4.1 k.m. long four-lane highway from Dera Baba Nanak to the international border and a state-of-the-art Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) at the international border. Dera Baba Nanak is a city situated in Gurdaspur district in the state of Punjab, India. 

3) Gurdwara Janam Asthan

Gurdwara Janam Asthan is located in Farooqabad of Punjab, Pakistan. When Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was a young man, he was sent by his father Mehta Kalu, to buy some goods which he could return home with, then sell and make a profit. As per reports, young Guru Nanak Dev Ji came across some sadhus who were hungry and without food. The Guru decided to use the sum his father had given him (a sum of Rs. 20)  to provide a meal, langar for the Sadhus. Returning home without any purchases Mehta Kalu was very annoyed. But young Nanak explained to his father that he had done a very good deed, feeding the starving Sadhus, and gaining the best profit one could gain from the money. In memory of Nanak's gracious acts, Gurdwara Sacha Sauda has been established. 

4) Gurdwara Babe Di Ber

Present in Sialkot, Pakistan, Gurdwara Babe Di Ber is said to be built by a Sikh devotee named Natha Singh in memory of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. It is said that Guru Nanak Sahib had taken a rest beneath the tree of berries at this place in Sialkot while returning from Kashmir. 

5) Gurdwara Rori Sahib

Situated in Eminabad, Pakistan; Gurdwara Rori Sahibis said to be made in memory Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. It is said that Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, after the destruction of the town had stayed with Bhai Lalo. Here the Guru had to sit and lie on a hard bed of pebbles (small stones). When the armies of Babar entered Punjab in 1521, Guru Nanak Dev was present in Eminabad.
