Significantly, the Rana couple was arrested on Saturday. He had spoken of reciting Hanuman Chalisa outside Matoshree, the residence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, which enraged Shiv Sena workers and staged a protest in front of the Rana couple's residence.
It was alleged in the Marathi daily that the Rana couple wanted to spoil the atmosphere of the city. The editorial said that they should do all this on the office premises of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
It is also said, "Hindutva is doing well in Maharashtra because it is headed by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. There is no ban on the recitation of Hanuman Chalisa in the state, but why was there insistence on doing it outside Matoshree?'
As per the Daily newspaper said, 'Anarchy spread by BJP will not be supported. Hindutva is a culture, not anarchy.
The Mumbai Police had filed a report against the Rana couple and later added a charge of sedition. On Sunday, a Mumbai court sent the Rana couple to 14-day judicial custody.

After this, late on Sunday night, Amravati MP Navneet Rana was taken to Byculla women's prison. Shiv Sena alleged that Navneet Rana had given fake caste certificates while contesting Lok Sabha elections from Amravati.
It is also said, 'Hanuman is a follower of Rama who walks on the path of truth. Navneet Rana, whose base itself is based on lies, is doing politics in the name of Hanuman Chalisa and BJP is glorifying it.
Shiv Sena said, "If BJP wants such fake people to recite Hanuman Chalisa, then it is an insult to Lord Ram and Hanuman."
The party claimed that Navneet Rana had won the 2019 elections with the help of secular parties like Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), but has now joined the BJP camp.
Taking a dig at the central government, the Marathi daily said that a proposal is being made to everyone that Thackeray should speak anything bad about the government and get the protection of the central forces.
It is worth noting that Navneet Rana was recently provided VIP security by the central government equipped with central armed personnel.
