Indian Cricket Team ace all-rounder Hardik Pandya and his brother Krunal Pandya lost their father on Saturday. Pandya brothers' father breathed lost his life due to cardiac arrest. Krunal Pandya was playing in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 tournament for Baroda. On receiving the news of father's death, Krunal Pandya left for his home. It means Krunal also left the bio-bubble and he will not be able to play further in the tournament.
ANI quoted Baroda Cricket Association CEO Shishir Hattangadi who confirmed the report and said, "Yes, Krunal Pandya has left the bubble. It is a personal tragedy, Baroda Cricket Association mourns this loss of Hardik and Krunal."
Krunal Pandya has played three matches so far in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq tournament this season, in which he has taken four wickets. In the first match against Uttarakhand, Krunal Pandya scored 76 runs for Baroda.
Pandya brothers were quite close to their father. In the show Koffee with Karan, Hardik Pandya has revealed that he shared a friend like bond with his father.
