A group of miscreants killed a liquor businessman from Sonipat in Murthal, Haryana on Sunday. It is reported that miscreants fired about 25 to 30 rounds at the liquor dealer at Gulshan Dhaba in Murthal. After committing the crime the miscreants fled from the spot. The deceased liquor businessman has been identified as Sunder Malik who was a resident of Sargathal village of Sonipat. CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced in which bullets are being fired openly by the attackers.
It is being told that liquor businessman Sunder Malik was a sharp shooter of Neetu Dabodia gang. Bhau gang leader Himanshu Ritoli has taken the responsibility of the murder of Sonipat liquor businessman Sundar Malik. Posting on social media, Himanshu Ritoli wrote, "Sundar considered himself a big scoundrel. That is why he has been murdered. Sundar used to speak against us on social media. That is why he has been murdered."
Sonipat Police has taken possession of the CCTV footage and DVR installed at the dhaba. It is seen in the CCTV footage that liquor businessman Sundar Malik had reached Gulshan Dhaba in a black Scorpio. Chasing him, three miscreants came in a Honda City car and fired 20 to 25 rounds in rapid succession. Due to which Sunder Malik died. Many cases have been registered against Sundar Malik under sections like murder and attempt to murder. Recently he was out on bail. When he came to Gulshan Dhaba in Sonipat, miscreants shot him dead.
Sonipat DCP Gaurav Rajpurohit said, "We had received information that liquor businessman Sundar Malik was shot dead. The miscreants fired more than 20 rounds. In CCTV, 2 to 3 miscreants are seen coming in a Honda City car. Who have committed this crime. 7 teams of Sonipat Police are investigating this matter. The accused will be arrested soon."
