At a time when the entire India is united & demanding stricter laws for women's safety, BJP MLA from Churah in Chamba and former Deputy Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Hansraj has been booked for allegedly sending obscene texts to a 20-year-old girl. Not only this, but the girl has filed an FIR alleging that BJP MLA Hansraj has also demanded her X-rated pics and continuously asked her to meet him so that her work can be done.
As per reports, the 20-year-old woman's father is also a booth president of the BJP. The girl says that when she did not listen, the MLA threatened her. Her life is in danger. After giving a complaint to Chamba SP, the women's police station has registered a case against MLA Hansraj.
The woman in the FIR alleged that she had asked the MLA for work. On this, the MLA said that you will have to meet me, you will have to do what I say. "The workers who are with him threatened me to delete the chat. If I remain silent, then this will happen to others in the future as well. Whenever we go to the MLA for work, he says that first we will have to listen to him," said the victim.
The girl further said that these leaders say that "save daughters, educate daughters, on the other hand, they harass the daughters. If something happens to me or my family in the future, then these people will be responsible. The MLA sent obscene texts. I am of his daughter's age. I have 2 phones. They have also broken my phone so that the evidence can be erased. They can do anything to get the chat deleted."
Notably, Churah MLA Hansraj is not new to controversies. Last year, MLA Hansraj was accused of threatening the principal and Congress leader Yashwant Khanna. The chairman of the Government Senior Secondary School Himgiri School Management Committee had invited Hansraj as the chief guest.
