Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan made a big revelation about the possibility of him featuring in the upcoming sequel of Ranbir and Alia’s starrer Brahmastra. It came during an interview when he was asked about the reports surfacing around his probable chance of featuring in Brahmastra’s 2nd part.
While talking to news agency PTI, Hrithik responded to the questions on being cast in Brahmastra and Nitesh Tiwary’s directorial Ramayan on which he said, “What is happening, nothing, My next film is ‘Fighter’, there is a possibility of being associated with these films about which you are talking, fingers crossed!”
The film received an overwhelming response from the fans and was a big hit at the box office, fans were speculating after the release of the first part that Hrithik will be seen in the second part as Dev, however, didn’t appear in the first part of the franchise.
Alongside Hrithik fans are speculating Ranveer Singh and Karthik Aryan as the possibles for the lead. Hrithik’s response, however, didn’t confirm his future but is expected to feature in the upcoming part.
Released on September 9th on over 8,000 screens worldwide, the film has gathered a collective wealth of over 400 crores. With the release of Brahmastra, theatres seem to be back on track. The film did extremely well despite being around controversies since the release of its trailer.
Ayan Mukerji’s directorial features the likes of Abhishek Bachchan, Nagarjun, Mouni Roy, and Dimple Kapadia among leads beside the star real-life couple.
Hrithik is set to begin his shooting for Fighter which will be directed by Siddharth Anand, Fighter will see Hrithik and Deepika coming together on the big screen for the first time. The film will also star Anil Kapoor in the lead.
