Increase in families illegally getting into Texas and Arizona and Texas, says DHS officials

According to the Federal officials in both the states, the number of families crossing illegally from Mexico into Texas and Arizona has continues to increase in October.

US President Donald Trump's increasing rehtoric on immigration and a caravan of thousands of immigrants in travelling through southern Mexico.

The increase is causing troubles at every stage for the Department of Homeland Security. All the facilities from processing to detention are "breaking at the seam", said the DHS official. 

This is the result of Trump's allegation against the caravan ahead of the midterm elections, calling its participants "criminals" and also threatning to cut off aid to Central American countries.

The administration as accused the migrants of abusing the US asylum system and has faced increased political pressure from the President to stop the flow of illegal immigration.
