Bengaluru: A city court today remanded multi-crore 'I Monitory Advisory' (IMA) Group founder and Managing Director Mohammad Mansoor Khan for a three-day remand to Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody till July 23.
Khan, who was absconding since June 8 after the scam came to light with investors filing complaint following closure of IMA in the City, was arrested on his arrival at New Delhi from Dubai yesterday and ED brought him to the city yesterday after obtaining body warrant and after subjecting to medical test he was produced before the Magistrate who remanded him to ED custody for three days.

Special Investigation Team, which was appointed by the Karnataka Government, to investigate into the scam, also had sought custody of Khan for questioning, however, the Magistrate remanded him to ED custody.
