With unauthorized credentials, a Virginia man has been arrested by the police for trying to enter the restricted area. He had a loaded gun and ammunition, if reports are to be believed.
Wesley Allen Beeler was stopped by US Capitol police when
he had driven up to a security check post of E Street and North Capitol street,
near capitol building at around 6:30 PM on Friday.
The arrest of Beeler at a time when the January 6 US Capitol attack made headlines and Biden is about to ascend as the President of United States of America on January 20, has cautioned everyone.
According to a police affidavit filed in District of Columbia Superior Court, it has been stated that Beeler possessed "firearm related decals." One of the decals said, "If they come for your guns, give 'em your bullets."
On being asked, Beeler, aged 31, said he possesses a Glock
pistol. The police recovered a 17-round high capacity magazine after they found
a Glock 9mm pistol.
Charlotte Beeler, mother of Allen Beeler said her son carries a weapon for his job as a security office.
