A special training program has been made as in the Era hospital first preference is given to the personal care and diet.
In this program, nurses are trained to feed the patients who cannot eat or drink by themselves and to those well who have left eating due to disappointment. They feed patients by saying food is a part of medicine, eat to get well soon.
HD cameras have been installed in every ward to keep a check on the patients' activities and the sleep schedule. The camera also saves the lives of the patients who can die due to the negligence of the staff, for example, if the oxygen mask of the patient is removed while sleeping the mask can be correct by informing the hospital staff.
