Indian Army Chief General Manoj Naravane has arrived in Ladakh's Leh on Thursday morning to observe the ongoing situation and security arrangements near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) amid recent clashes between Indian and PLA soldiers.
As per the ANI report, Army Chief is on a two-day visit and he will be briefed by senior commanders on the ground situation along the LAC.

Army sources confirmed that during his visit, the Army Chief will also review the operational preparedness of the soldiers who are indulged in a standoff with Chinese troops for more than three months.
According to the government sources, The Indian Army has further strengthened its presence in at least three strategic heights in the southern bank of Pangong Lake in eastern Ladakh, days after countering China's "provocativeā actions to change the status quo in the area.
