When and where to watch Indian 3 online?

Following Indian 2 movie’s poor performance in the theatres, the makers of the film have decided to release Indian 3 directly on OTT worldwide. Indian 3 is all set to get released on 24th January 2025 on Netflix.

Initially, Indian 2 was planned to be a single film with no sequels, however, the final footage of the film was around 6 hours long. Due to this long duration, the makers of the movie decided to split the movie into 2 parts.

The production team is trying to revive the loss of Indian 2 and skipping the theatres by direct releasing Indian 3 on Netflix is also a step towards reviving the loss.

On 9th July 2024, a case was also registered against the makers of the film seeking a ban on the movie. The head teacher of Varma Kalai named Aasan Rajendran, had claimed that he had trained Kamal Haasan for the first film Indian, and mentioned that his techniques were used in the sequel as well and he had not given permission to use them. Due to this he had filed a case against the makers of the film.
