On March 29 at the Wankhede stadium , just like last year's final, defending champions Mumbai Indians and runners-up Chennai Super Kings will open the 13th IPL.
This year, however, significant changes has been made by the IPL governing council in the cash-rich T20 league's schedule as this year no doubleheaders will be played on Saturday. Though, on Sundays, only six doubleheaders will be played in the IPL 2020.
