Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal held a meeting with his party MLAs from Punjab on Tuesday in the absence of Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and Power Minister Harbhajan Singh.
CS Anirudh Tewari, Dalip Kumar, MP Raghav Chadha, Delhi Minister Satyender Jain, Chairman PSPCL Baldev Singh Saran attended the meeting related to the power crisis in Punjab. The opposition leaders have raised questions about this meeting.
Taking to Twitter, Dr. Daljit Cheema, Akali leader wrote, “We have heard a lot about Delhi as Union Govt interfering into the internal affairs of the States. But, it is for the first time that we are seeing Delhi, as State Govt directly interfering into the internal affairs of Punjab Govt. ਕੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਸੇ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਸੀ?”
Another Congress leader Raja Warring, tweeted, “CS Anirudh Tewari, Secy Power Dalip Kumar, Delhi CM @ArvindKejriwal, MP @raghav_chadha Delhi Minister Satyender Jain, Chairman PSPCL Baldev Singh Saran hv held official meeting in the absence of CM BHAGWANT MANN @BhagwantMann and Power Minister Harbhjan Singh...”

The AAP recorded a landslide victory in the recently concluded Punjab Assembly polls, winning 92 seats in the 117-member House. On March 17, Punjab's newly-elected MLAs, including Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, took their oath as members of the Legislative Assembly.
