The health of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal has been deteriorating day by day. Despite the Supreme Court of India taking cognizance of Jagjit Singh Dallewal's hunger strike, the farmer leader is adamant about protesting against the government of India.  On Thursday, Jagjit Singh Dallewal's hunger strike entered day 45 at the Khanauri Border and the farmer leader's health deteriorated even more.

Dallewal on Wednesday announced that he will no longer meet anyone. Apart from the officials, and politicians who come to meet him, he will not even meet his family and loved ones. Through Dallewal, BKU Sidhupur leader Kaka Singh Kotda made this announcement from the stage of Khanauri border.

Kotda said that Dallewal had told him that on January 4, he went to the stage on his trolley for the Mahapanchayat. Since that day, his health has been very delicate. He is having trouble sitting and turning sides. Talking to people who come to meet him is making him breathless and he is having trouble talking. Due to this problem, he will not meet anyone now.

He will not meet officials or even his family members. On Wednesday, Samajwadi Party national general secretary and Muzaffarnagar MP Harinder Malik met Dallewal with his delegation, but there was no conversation with Dallewal.

He had come to give the message of Samajwadi Party's national president Akhilesh Yadav to Dallewal. Due to Dallewal's health deteriorating, Akhilesh Yadav spoke to farmer leader Kaka Singh Kotra over the phone and said that he will talk to all political parties and try to unite on the issue of MSP guarantee law by forgetting their differences so that farmers' suicides can be stopped.

On the other hand, Dr. Avtar Singh, who is monitoring Dallewal's health, said that Dallewal has not been able to digest even water since the day of Mahapanchayat. He starts vomiting after drinking two sips of water. Now it is becoming difficult to even move him. His legs have been raised by one to one so that the blood supply to the brain is maintained properly.
