The much-awaited Adampur Airport has finished construction and will soon begin flight operations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually inaugurate the new terminal building of the Adampur Airport today at around 11:30 am. The inauguration of the Adampur Airport has been much awaited as it will bring huge benefits to the people of Doaba. In light of this, the Police has begun preparations and strict security arrangements have been made.
During the program, Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister Vijay Singh, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Som Prakash, Punjab Cabinet Minister Balkar Singh, Jalandhar MP Sushil Kumar Rinku (AAP), Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal (AAP), Rajya Sabha MP Harbhajan Singh ( AAP), Rajya Sabha MP Balbir Singh Seenchewal (AAP), MLA Adampur Sukhwinder Singh Kotli (Congress) and other leaders will be present.
