Talk about a grand gesture for love! Sukhwinder Singh, a businessman of Jalandhar made a spectacular entry riding on on a helicopter to his wedding in a resort at Dhilwa, Jalandhar. His entry left the spectators speechless, who initially thought that the helicopter was headed for another direction, but were shocked to see it land in the resort, and seeing the decorated groom step out. But no one was more elated than Sukhwinder’s wife, whose happiness knew no bounds seeing her husband step out of the red-and-white helicopter.
The secret behind this special entry is that the love of almost 17 years has united today. Businessman Sukhwinder, resident of Bath Kalan, Nakodar, Jalandhar, did everything that a girl could dream of from her husband. Sukhwinder Singh's nephew Ranjit informed that this love had been going on between the two for almost 17 years, which has finally culminated into a marriage. When they reached the resort by helicopter, a crowd of people gathered after seeing helicopters because such marriages are rarely seen. After the groom alighted from the helicopter, people flocked to the scene to get their pictures.
Abhishek Gupta, senior officer of Wings and Sky Aviation Company, said that today at 11 am we had picked up the groom from Bath Kalan, Nakodar. After which we reached here at around 3 pm. It usually costs Rs 3 to 6 lakh at a time.
