A cheetah was spotted on Camera in Phillaur in the Jalandhar district. He was caught on a CCTV Video and the video is subsequently going viral on the internet.
This comes as part of an increasing number of wild and ferocious beasts being spotted roaming in the state of Punjab. Most recently a leopard was found in a posh residential area in Ludhiana. The forest department claimed that the animals have entered from the north due to the cold weather. The Ludhiana leopard is still loose in the city. It has not yet been captured and its whereabouts unknown. Wildlife experts claim fo it to be an accident waiting to happen.
