District Planning Committee chairman and Congress leader Manoj Arora passed away today. It is to be mentioned that he was battling kidney disease for a long time and has been admitted from 3-4 days in D.M.C, Ludhiana. He breathed his last this afternoon. His last rites will be held tomorrow. Aruna Arora, the wife of Manoj Arora, is a counselor.
