In Jalandhar's Jandiala Manjhki, the bike of robbers who were trying to escape after the robbery collided with a car parked at the pump. According to the witnesses, two youths came to the petrol pump to get their bike tank filled. After getting the petrol filled, they robbed the cash from the pump at the gunpoint.
While trying to escape, the bike of the robbers collided with the owner's parked Innova car standing there. In the accident, the one who was sitting on the back seat of the bike got minor injuries and managed to escape with the cash and the pistol. Whereas the another who was on the front got seriously injured.
People present at the petrol pump immediately went near the car and tried to lift the injured youth but he was unconscious. They immediately informed the local police. Later, the police took the injured youth to the hospital, where he died.

ACP Babandeep said that they got a mobile phone from the youth. The footage of CCTV cameras installed at the pump is also being scrutinized. Police are also trying to trace the absconding youth.
