Boney Kapoor and late Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor has bought a new house in Mumbai. According to the reports, the house has been bought for Rs 39 crores, is in the Vile Parle Scheme of Juhu, which is one of the most luxury and highlife locales of Mumbai. Janhvi’s new house is spread across three floors in a Juhu building. The deal was finalized late last year, on December 7. Documents accessed by a web portal put the square footage at 3,456. Stamp duty of Rs 78 lakhs was paid by the actor.
With the purchase of this house, Janhvi has become the neighbor of many celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, and Ekta Kapoor. According to the GQ India report, this house of Janhvi Kapoor, spread over 4,144 sq ft, is located on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building.

Janhvi is currently living in Lokhandwala with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi. On the work front, Janhvi's upcoming films include 'Roohi Afjana' and 'Dostana 2'. According to reports, she will also be seen in the Hindi remake of the Nayantara starrer Tamil film 'Kolamavu Kokila', which will soon start shooting in Punjab.
