Mark Wood, an England speed bowler, is already one of the quickest bowlers in the world, but he still wants to add another weapon to his arsenal- Jasprit Bumrah's ability to deliver yorkers at will.
In a humorous video shared on social media by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Wood drew inspiration from the Hollywood film "Space Jump" and demonstrated how he would extract Bumrah's "superpower" using a cricket ball.

When asked about the question, "If you could steal a skill from your rival, who would it be and what skill would it be?", Wood immediately replied with the name of Indian speedster,"Bumrah. Maybe, five steps of having a perfect yorker.”

"How would you steal?" the interviewer continued. He responded, "I would probably get something like in the movie Space Jump. Instead of getting a basketball, I would get a cricket ball. Suck all the energy out of him and then I get the superpower."
Mark Wood, who is competing in the upcoming T20 World Cup, had a difficult outing in his maiden match for England against South Africa. Wood's four overs yielded 47 runs and he failed to record a wicket.
Due to an injury to Tymal Mills, who was forced to withdraw from the tournament, Wood was named in the starting XI.
England went on to lose the match by ten runs, but it had little effect on their semi-final qualifying, since they, along with Australia, had already secured a spot in the last four.
Pakistan and New Zealand qualified for the semi-finals from Group 2.
