Javed Miandad requests ICC to stop all countries from touring India. Here is the Reason

In a video posted on Pakistani sports website PakPassion.net, Miandad called on the ICC to basically boycott India as a cricket playing country and ensure the same tough-handedness that was meted to their western neighbour when terrorists opened fire on a bus carrying Sri Lankan cricketers in Lahore in 2009

With Test cricket finally making a return to Pakistan after a gap of 10 years, Pakistan fans' wishes have been finally granted as Sri Lanka finished a 2-Test tour in the country without any issues. Taking a cue from the success of the tour, former Pakistan captain and legendary batsman Javed Miandad has urged other countries to tour his home nation but his scathing attack on India didn't go unnoticed.

In a video posted on Pakistani sports website PakPassion.net, Miandad called on the ICC to basically boycott India as a cricket playing country and ensure the same tough-handedness that was meted to their western neighbour when terrorists opened fire on a bus carrying Sri Lankan cricketers in Lahore in 2009. Recently India has been engulfed with protests and violence across the country since a new amendment to their Citizenship Bill was passed by the Parliament a few days ago.

"My message to ICC, please stop all the playing countries (from) touring India. Now you can see, now (we) will see the justice from ICC, what are they going to do and what they are going to say to the world. I want to request ICC to also stop India from touring other countries. Racism is going on in India and hatred against Kashmiris and Muslims. We sportspersons should also raise these issues," Miandad said in the video.
