Reliance Jio has added 62,028 subscribers, the highest in Haryana in January 2024, according to the latest subscriber data report released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
With a subscriber base of 86.3 lakh, Jio has a customer market share (CMS) of 32.3% in Haryana. Airtel with a subscriber base of 69.3 lakh in the state has a CMS of 25.9 %, Vodafone Idea Limited that has a subscriber base of 67.9 lakh has a CMS of 25.4%, while BSNL that has a subscriber base of 43.7 lakh and a CMS of 16.3%, occupies the fourth position in the state.
Vodafone Idea lost 50,893 customers in January in Haryana, BSNL added 32,714 customers in the same month and Airtel added 14,682 customers.
Jio, which is the most preferred telecom operator in Haryana has the largest 4G and 5G networks in the state. Apart from its 4G network, Jio is also rapidly rolling out its True 5G services in the agrarian state, which will bring about immense benefits emanating from 5G powered technologies.
