India went into a state of shock after news broke out that the famous cycle girl was raped and murdered in her village. However, then it turned out to be fake. Jyoti Kumari was not raped murdered but another girl of the same name from the same place was murdered. As per reports, a 14-year-old minor girl was raped and murdered was found from an orchard in a village in Bihar's Darbhanga district.
As per the family, the girl had gone to pluck mangoes from a tree when the owner of the orchard Arjun Mishra raped her and killed her. However, Darbhanga Police rubbished such claims. The police said, that according to the post-mortem report, the girl died of electrocution and was not raped and murdered.
Finally, the father of the deceased has come in front of the media. As per him, her daughter was raped and murdered by Arjun Mishra. Later she was electrocuted to hide facts. He also accused Darbhanga Police of hiding the facts.
Social media is in total support of Jyoti and her family. They are pleading for justice.
