Twitter fight with Diljit Dosanjh
Diljit called Kangana out for her comment on the ongoing farmer's protests against the Farm Laws when she misidentified an elderly woman as Bilkis dadi from the Delhi’s CAA protests and alleged that she would appear in any protests if paid Rs 100. Diljit gave her a befitting reply saying that she must be a ‘paltu’ when Kangana called him Karan’s pet. Kangana's behaviour didn't go well with many Punjabi celebs and a case has also been registered against her for disrespecting the agitating farmers.
Revolt with Sanjay Rout and Thackeray’s and Maharashtra
Ranaut compared the state government of Maharashtra to that of Taliban and called Mumbai as ‘Pakistan-controlled Kashmir’. This led to a political storm involving chief minister Uddhav Thackeray, who is also the leader of the Shiv Sena party. Alleged that she is not safe in Mumbai, went on a war of words with Sanjay Rout who called her ‘mental case’.
Later her residence was demolished by BMC, in what the government insists that it was an illegal construction, but Ranaut claims it is payback.
Her claim - 99% of Bollywood consume drugs
Without solid proof, Kangana made a statement that the entire Bollywood does substance abuse when NCB started looking for drug probe in SSR death case. Taking it a step further by volunteering names like Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Ayan Mukerjee, Ranveer Singh, asked them to take a dope test, claiming that she has also been a part of this elite gang. She also claimed that Sushant was killed because he knew Bollywood's‘ dirty secrets’.
Calling Tapsee Pannu B-grade actress
Questioning her contemporaries female actress talent, Ranaut called Tapsee Pannu, Richa Chadda and Swara Baskar B-grade actresses. She further said they are outsiders but don’t support her because they’ll have bills to pay’. Tapsee was swift in replying that everyone is battling for a “better system to co-exist”.
Nepotism, star kids, Karan and ‘Koffee’
Kangana’s old problem with ‘nepotism’ is not new. She took a jibe at Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee With Karan calling him the flag bearer of nepotism back in 2017. She keeps on bringing up Johar and star kids on every topic. Her hate for Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt is known to everyone. Back when Kangana accused actor Aditya Pancholi of physically assaulting her and keeping her under house arrest, she had also filed a police case against him. Fight with a journalist during ‘Judgmental Hai Kya’ promotion
