Kangana Ranaut has been a magnet attracting controversies of late.
Before the release of her latest epic war drama ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’, she was embroiled in one controversy, now is another one she is in after the release.
She recently spoke about the Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt, how they have not praised or supported her during the release of ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’.
Alia had recently reacted to the same by reportedly stating that she has not intentionally done anything to upset her, but she would still apologise to her on a personal level.
According to the reports, Kangana reached out to Alia and asked her what makes her think ‘Manikarnika’ is her personal controversy, it a film whole nation is talking about and wondering why Bollywood is keeping quiet on such a relevant work.
She asked her if she can be courteous and gracious to acknowledge her requests for encouraging relevant work that she does, why is she so scared to see her film.
Elaborating further, she suggested Alia that she should grow some spine and support an important film about woman empowerment and nationalism.
She also reportedly added that if she doesn’t have a voice of her own and her existence is all about being Karan Johar puppet then she doesn’t consider her successful.
According to Kangana, if Alia is only focusing on earning bucks and not raise a voice, then her success has no value.
Her recent film 'Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi' received mixed responses from all quarters. Apart from Kangana, it featured Ankita Lokhande, Suresh
Oberoi, Jisshu Sengupta and others in pivotal roles.
