Kangana said Karan Johar directed film Drive had no buyers even though Sushant Singh Rajput had given the blockbuster delivery of 'MS Dhoni-The Untold Story'.
Kangana further adds that Bollywood director-producer who has launched many talents called the Dil Bechara actor a flop-star as 'Drive' got no buyers. Sushant Singh Rajput was sidelined by the major production houses of Bollywood, added Kangana.
The Queen actress further said that Yash Raj Films head Aditya Chopra along with Dharma Productions' Karan Johar completely side-lined the MS Dhoni actor. She said, "Karan Johar had dumped the film 'Drive', accused Sushant of being a flop-star and circulated in the media, just because of Sushant his film couldn't get any buyers."
Kangana Ranaut goes on to question the very logic given by director cum producer Karan Johar for not been able to sell his film Drive with Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead. The actress said that even she started backing films now, and does not understand how Karan Johar could not find takers for Sushant Singh Rajput's film Drive.
Kangana in an interview goes on to explain that Sushant was completely OKAY with the false accusations and then delivered another big hit Chhichhore, which was a massive hit than Gully Boy, but none of us knows this. Chhichhore received huge investment and returns than Gully Boy but, there was no acknowledgement to the movie in Bollywood.
