Kartik Aryan is trending on social media after the news of his replacement from 'Dostana 2' broke out. The makers have not given any specific information about why they have removed Karthik from the film, but it is said that producer Karan Johar marked his unprofessional behavior. Karan Johar has been criticized over the decision to remove Kartik from 'Dostana 2'. Fans are supporting Kartik Aryan and telling Karan Johar the king of nepotism.
Meanwhile, Kartik has spent 10 years in Bollywood. He made his debut in 2011 with 'Pyaar Ka Panchnama' and never looked back after that. He is a self-made star and has made a mark in Bollywood on the strength of his talent. The 30-year-old actor who once earned Rs 1500 by working in an advertisement, is one of the most loved stars of the Young Generation now. During the lockdown, he completed the shooting of his film 'Dhamaka' in 10 days and charged 20 crores for the film.
In an interview, Kartik spoke about his struggle in Bollywood and said, “I did not tell my parent about my dreams. It would have been hard for them to support me, whether in terms of money or mindset. Coming to Mumbai from Gwalior was a struggle. For my family, I was studying here in Mumbai but actually was struggling to make my place in Bollywood”.

Even Kartik is an outsider, he didn’t have anyone to make it a bit easy. Karthik adds further, “From the beginning rejections have been quite a lot. There was no connection. I am also an outsider. I did not know anyone. I was not even getting offers. I had to do everything myself but I am proud of my struggle. Whatever I am today, I have made myself. There was no dependency on anyone”.
It takes a lot of patience for an outsider to survive in the industry if you have the talent.
