As the pandemic is creating all around the world, news broke out by US media on Tuesday. As per the US media reports the North Korean leader is in “grave danger” after undergoing surgery for a cardiovascular ailment.
US intelligence raised suspicions about the ruler health after his absence from the commemorative celebrations of his grandfather and founder of North Korea on April 15. He was reportedly seen at a government meeting four days prior to the event.
Gathering information from and out of North Korea is a difficult task since the country has since its beginning did not reveal its internal operations, especially the health and status of its leaders.
According to CNN, the US intelligence officials are closely monitoring the status of the 36-year-old leader health following the heart procedure that made him skip the country most important annual holiday.

There have been a number of recent rumors about Kim's health (smoking, heart, and brain). If Kim is hospitalized, it would explain why he wasn't present on the important April 15th celebrations. But, over the years, there have been a number of false health rumors about Kim Jong-un or his father. We'll have to wait and see,” CNN quoted former CIA deputy division chief for North Korea, Bruce Klingner, as saying.
However, the US National Security Council and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence have not confirmed the development, neither has the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and the US State Department.
