Sikh for Justice (SFJ) terrorist Jaswinder Singh Multani has been arrested from Germany in connection with the Ludhiana blasts. He was arrested after India shared evidence to counter-terror agencies in Berlin.
He had planned the Ludhiana bomb blasts through Pak intelligence agency ISI and Pakistan-based gangster Harvinder Singh Rinda. A preliminary investigation also revealed that Multani was plotting blasts in Delhi and Mumbai as well. Apart from being pro-Khalistan, Multani is also accused of smuggling arms and drugs from the Punjab border to India through Pakistan.
The probe agencies have also found that Pakistani's ISI was behind the blast and was in touch with Gagandeep Singh. During the probe, cops found the role of SFJ members Harvinder Singh and Jaswinder Singh Multan, who were based in Germany. They were in touch with SFJ president Avtar Singh Pannu and Harmeet Singh.
Avtar Singh Pannu and Narcoterrorism agencies have been working together to disturb the peaceful atmosphere in Punjab. According to sources, these agencies are planning to create problems especially during the time of elections in Punjab.
What is Narcoterrorism?
Narcoterrorism refers to the attempts of narcotics traffickers to influence the policies of a government or a society through violence and intimidation and to hinder the enforcement of anti-drug laws by the systematic threat or use of such violence. Three terrorist organizations, namely, Babbar Khalsa terrorist group, International Sikh Youth Federation and Sikh for Justice work together to hinder the harmony of the nation.
Babbar Khalsa is a Sikh terrorist organization whose main objective is to create an independent Sikh country Khalistan. International Sikh Youth Federation is headed by Lakhbir Singh Rode, the nephew of Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale Sikh for Justice founded and primarily headed by lawyer Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.
According to sources, Drones were spotted in Punjab. They were sent by these three organizations along with the involvement of the Khalistan Liberation Force. Smugglers, gangsters and terrorists are working together to carry out illegal activities. RDX in bulk quantity is smuggled in Punjab. Central agencies are closely watching the activities of these terrorist groups to avoid any other terrorist attack in India.
Ajit Doval, a central civil servant of the IPS cadre and the fifth and current NSA National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, played a crucial role in the arrest of SFJ terrorist Jaswinder Singh Multani. With his efforts, Jaswinder Singh Multani will get deported to India.
On December 23, the explosion took place in a washroom on the second floor of the District and Sessions court complex in Ludhiana at around 12.22 p.m.
The counter-terrorism agencies probing the incident had claimed that it was the former Head Constable of Punjab Police, Gagandeep Singh, who planted the bomb at the court complex and died as it suddenly went off killing him on the spot.
