In what can be called a heartbreaking and shocking incident, American country music singer Kellie Pickler's husband Kyle Jacobs on Friday died at the age of 49. Kyle Jacobs death came as a shocking development as he was just 49 years old and also was not suffering from any illness. In fact, Nashville Police Department stated that Kyle Jacobs was found dead from 'an apparent self-inflicted gunshot in an upstairs bedroom/office'. "His death is being investigated as an apparent suicide," the statement added. Kyle Jacobs suicide has shocked entire America and the people of the USA are wondering why he took such an extreme step. "Mr. Jacobs’ wife, Kellie Pickler, reported that she awoke a short time earlier, did not see her husband, and began looking for him. After she and her personal assistant were unable to open the door to the upstairs bedroom/office, the assistant telephoned 911," the statement concluded.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Police is currently investigating Kyle Jacobs's suicide case and is yet to determine the reason behind it. In fact, there is no information from the cop that whether they have found Kyle Jacobs suicide note or not.

Pickler and Jacobs announced their engagement after a year and a half of dating in 2010. They were married in a surprise ceremony on New Year's Day in 2011. Pickler placed 6th in season 5 of "American Idol" in 2010. Jacobs moved from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Nashville in 2000. In 2004, Jacobs was a co-writer on "American Idol" alum Kimberly Locke's 2004 number one single "8th World Wonder." He went on to co-write Garth Brooks' 2007 hit "More Than A Memory," which became the first song to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in its history.

Pickler and Jacobs bonded over their musical backgrounds in the mid-2000s. However, Pickler revealed that they were never in a rush to walk down the aisle. They started dating when she was very young, she did not want to put her husband or family first. Subsequently, Pickler revealed how Jacobs finally went down on one knee in a dreamy proposal at the beach. She also added that she is “crazy” about Jacobs and he was “crazy” about her as well. The two got tied the knot in 2011. The couple remained married ever since but never had children. In another interview(2019) with a reputed publication, Pickler answered all questions on whether she is looking to expand her family with her husband. The Christmas at Graceland actress reportedly said, “We have two little small puppies, we’re do parents for now”.
