Lady Danbury’s message for The Duke of Hastings from Bridgerton season 1

Bridgerton fame Rege-Jean Page’s announcement to opt-out from the second season of the Netflix series started a huge stir among the fans. The actor played the role of ‘The Duke of Hastings’ received a huge love and applause from the viewers. The second season of the show intends to lay the main focus on Anthony Bridgerton which is played by Jonathan Bailey. Therefore, Page decided to leave the show and move on.

Lady Danbury from the show played by Adjoa Andoh has finally reacted to the exit of his dear friend Rege-Jean. In a recent interview, Adjoa expressed his feelings for Page and also they both share a good experience with each other.  She also shared that the limit of Page’s character has reached its final platform in the first season only. In conversation with E!  Lady Danbury spoke about the show’s setting, “we’re following the overriding framework of Julia Quinn’s beautiful novels. There are eight Bridgerton children: one down, seven more to go”.

Later on in the conversation, she also adds, “ he is a lovely person and will always be my dear friend for life”. Adjoa had all praises for the actor and while getting candid she also shared that they both shared a common love for punk. Even on the show, we saw that Lady Danbury and The Duke of Hasting shared a very special bond. Adjoa will surely miss his lovely co-star. Speaking about this she shared a message for the actor, “ we all love Rege and we’re all going to miss Rege but it's not a huge surprise”.

For all the Bridgerton fans the makers have decided to go season three and four as well.
